Mobile device requirements

 

  • JAVA (J2ME) version MIDP 1.0 or higher. Typically, all recent mobile phone models do support JAVA.

  • Ability to send and receive data. This presupposes that either the WAP or the Internet service has been activated on your mobile. If you already access the Internet through your mobile, then all the necessary settings are in place. Otherwise, you may contact your provider’s customer service for the relevant information.

Charges information

 

The BETA version of mobile-ploigos is prοvided at no charge by Mobics Ltd. Any charges that you may have during the period that the application remains as BETA are exclusively the fees or charges set by the mobile service provider (henceforth called Provider) for the data transfer service provision.

While using mobile-ploigos, the data transfer costs depend on the tariff plan of your connection program. mobile-ploigos provides you with information on the volume of data transferred, which allows you to estimate the cost of its use. If you are to make frequent use of the application, it is recommended that you contact your Provider for the data plan that best suits your needs.

Terms of Use

 

  1. The mobile-ploigos application may be used solely on mobile phones for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of the application constitutes violation of the Terms of Use.

    Mobics Ltd does not warrant that the use of the service will be uninterrupted or error free, while in BETA version. Also, no warranty is given as to the appropriateness of the application for any particular use or purpose.

    Mobics Ltd bears no responsibility for possible charges (imposed by the Provider) that may come from the downloading, installation and use of the mobile-ploigos application; such charges are solely the User’s responsibility. The BETA version of the application, for as long is available, is provided at no charge by Mobics Ltd.

    Decoding and testing of the application code is prohibited, as well as the use of part or the entire application for purposes other than the aforementioned, as well as the execution (running) of the application in a simulation environment. Sniffing and examination of data exchanged by the application is also prohibited.

    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the application, use of the application or access to the application.

    Violation of these Terms of Use implies the immediate termination of the User's right to use the Service, i.e., to download, install and use the application.

    Mobics Ltd reserves the right to terminate the Service or suspend the User's access to all or part of the Service at any time, without previous notice.
